Wow…. I ordered 2 grilled chicken sandwiches with 2 chili cheese baked potatoes with an addition of sour cream.
We received: 1 hard grilled chicken on a bun(no sauce or veggies), 1 crispy chicken on a bun(no sauce or veggies) and 2 baked potatoes with cheese(no chili or the sour cream). This was the worst experience ever. And I love Wendy’s, but this might be a deal breaker and I for sure will never return to this one.
So after waiting 5:38 according to the manager who had to tell 6 workers to wait on my wife at the drive through window. They all managed to not put all of our order in the bag. I would like to know out of the 6 people standing there arguing about who the best sandwich maker was why no one could make all 3 of the sandwiches and put them in the bag.
