You know you go to a place you look on the internet see what type of specials places have so you act okay there's a good special here you go there oh that's no longer in place so you proceeded to ask well I see this on the menu I want this combo and the combo is cheaper than the ala carte so I asked him I'll take the special the combo he said oh I can't do it at that price I said that's what the menu says out here and he was confused he didn't understand what I was talking about sounds like there's bait and switch nowadays and they're not the only ones doing it you see something with your own eyes or you read it on the internet and nothing is true and they don't do anything to accommodate the customer which is very wrong the only thing I can say out of this conversation is the gentleman I was talking to was very pleasant but just didn't seem well-informed about what was going on or more or less the upper management don't tell anybody anything and let them deal with the front of the angry customer

It's difficult to be diabetic and order fast food. No one has a grilled chicken sandwich that I eat without the bread. Few have salads, and Wendy's has good salads. I ordered the apple pecan salad without blue cheese. Of course, they didn't follow directions. I get home, blue cheese on the salad. IF this is a hardship for you to make a salad without blue cheese, TELL THE CUSTOMER! I will order a different salad. Now, I have a meal I can't eat. Which they couldn't care less about. This isn't the first time, but it is the last time.

First time at this location. Our nearby restaurant closed and we had been craving Wendy’s. We were so glad we stopped in mid-afternoon on Sunday 10/27. Service was friendly and lighting fast. Food was HOT and fresh. I think Wendy’s has the best spicy chicken sandwich and it sure hit the spot. Also picked up some Halloween coupon books for gifts, which are a great deal. Person I believe was the manager thanked us and the other workers seemed pleasant as well. We will be back.

I'm a little biased. I really like Wendy's. Frosties & beefier fries ( with the right amount of salt) YUM. Grilled chicken wraps don't disappoint. Oh and did I mention Frosties? ;)
