I love Povitica, I tried shipping it this Christmas & the first round went well, the second not so much. My order has now been in limbo for 8 days. I received help from the Supervisor & they are reshipping the order. Customer service is important when there is a glitch in shipping, particularly when you don't control the shipping.
Great product, very poor website! I have ordered from this company for several years, and everyone I send them to, loves them. However, this is the last year I will place any orders because no one knows who it comes from! Sometimes it says it’s from another person I sent one to! It’s crazy!
