Do not door dash here at night they take your food and lie and say someone took it and make you call door dash customer service which they will only refund you the services fee and tip . Night crew is completely unprofessional

Inattentive service and overpriced food. Was left waiting over 25 minutes for a single item ordered in the app because no one cared enough to follow up. After arriving and letting the staff know I had an app order, they proceeded to forget about me even after my food was done and ready to be handed out. Even though employees clearly saw me waiting, they never offered to help. When I finally let someone know again that I had an order, they checked and saw that my order was ready and sitting in the back. Food was overpriced and not worth the wait or the trouble.

Slow, inconsistent service. Customer directly in front of me in line inside was nearly done eating his full meal by the time my food was ready. I was given a table number by the cashier, the same as everyone else. While waiting on my to-go order I watched everyone else get their meal delivered to their table. When my order was finally ready, they simply called out my number from behind the counter, I had to navigate through the crowd of people standing in line just to get my order. Why does a to-go order not get the same courtesy as everyone else??

So far, It's been an almost 30 min wait for our food. We ordered at 1:35 it got to us at 1:57. There is nothing fast about this food. Lukewarm burger, cold slice of cheese. Poor Woman at the counter is alone with a line out the door. Not enough seating. Overworked underpaid employees. The best part was the vanilla shake.
