I don’t know what to say about Goyo’s…Do I like it? Meh.It’s alright. Do I think it could be better? Absolutely. Not only could they stop filling their burritos with too much rice and beans, but tidy up the place, counter feels like a mouse trap, the walls and ceilings are dingy. This place needs a remodel. The booth backs are flimsy. Prices are great though. People are great. Food and ambience need to be improved even if there’s a price hike. Exterior needs to be painted...
I really like this place they have authentic Mexican food and it doesn't take very long to be made. It's a little far for people that don't live on the north side is inconvenient but it's also worth a drive!
Hadn’t been in a while, as I drove near I Decided that a Goyo’s carne asada burrito sounded good.I was disappointed that the restaurant had changed the way they made it. They loaded it with fillers of beans and rice with little actual carne asado, none of the standard sour cream or guacamole that is typical for this item. Reminded me of a Taco Bell style burrito at double the cost of a TB burrito.
