Canceled/voided my order while I was sitting in the restaurant waiting for it. My husband placed an order that was completed. Employee was no help at all. Basically took my information and told me there was nothing she could do about it. I have to come in and speak to manager tomorrow to even get a refund! Employees also did not greet not one member of my family when we entered the store. When I worked at this location it was a lot better. Extremely disappointed!!!!

I was on a long road trip and got into the area around 9PM and was hungry and tired. I rarely do fast food but when I’m a pinch, it works.

I got to the Subway shortly before they closed. The girl helping me was friendly and very helpful. The sandwich hit the spot and my hotel was just down the street, so it all worked out.

Tall, thin guy with glasses never greeted me, cashed another customer out, then, without washing his hands, he started to put on gloves to make my sandwich. He stopped to check his phone, still never saying a word to me. Needless to say, I went elsewhere.

I sent some one to grab us food since I was busy, we seen they had a BOGO order on subs. When they arrived the lady would not let them order online in front of her at the store for the discount after them it was online only, so they scammed us & made us pay full price & were extremely rude about it. the soft drinks were completely flat & my "sidekicks" order was missing all of the cheese so it was completely dry. I have been to this location a few other times, the service was bad, but not as bad as this last trip!

This place is trash along with their workers. Ordered the tuna sub, it had so much mayonnaise on it that it was disgusting. I didn’t ask for extra mayonnaise. I called to complain and she told me per Subway policy I’d need to return the sandwich. I had already thrown it away. I guess it’s my job to know their policy.
