Best catfish I have ever eaten. Wonderful breading, fresh, well seasoned fish. Sides were terrific-mac and cheese has a light, tasty flavor. Potato salad was close to perfection. Ray makes you feel at home, and his cooks are perfectionists. Don’t miss it if you are anywhere close to Park City.
Ray's ribs are the bomb!!! His dry rub is the perfect mix!! The catfish fillets are the best in Wichita!!
