I tried Ray's yesterday for the first time. We had the catfish, okra and coleslaw. I have been following Ray's on Facebook so I knew I could call ahead. Food was great, catfish moist, coating seasoned and crispy. Okra cooked perfectly, so good. Great homemade coleslaw. Today I asked my mom what she would like for lunch, she said what I had yesterday...lol we were on rock road, I called order in and it was ready when we arrived. Again the food was Terrific! I really want to try ribs next!

GREAT CATFISH!!!!!Seasoned great and fried to perfection!! The fried okra was excellent and we got a hot link and man....That hot link has some heat and bite and WOW it was good!!! Their tarter sauce was amazing too!!! Y'all get here and have some excellent food and great service!!!!

Have eaten here 2 days in a row. Had the pulled pork sandwich with baked beans on the side. Im not a huge fan of baked beans but these were amazing, little chunks of brisket in there. Day two i had the catfish fillet with mac and cheese and potato salad and again not disappointed every thing is great and made fresh

Ray's Mobile Food truck is absolutely amazing. The ribs, catfish, sides, and banana pudding are so delicious. We had pretty much everything on the menu and have never been disappointed. I hate tarter sauce on fish, but Ray's tarter sauce on the catfish is magic. The flavor dances on your tongue and makes you stop for a moment to savor the taste and wonder, how does this sauce enhance the flavor so well. I will continue to enjoy every bite of food I get there. It is so worth it. Ribs fall off the bone, pair it with the beans, spicy and rich or the coleslaw, crunchy and not overdone. Gotta go and see Ray's Mobile tonight, yum yum yummy

Food is amazing. I have eaten there just a couple times and both times; No complaints. I love the fried catfish, not everyone can fry catfish, but this man can. And the Chicken Tenders, well don't be fooled they are not little chicken nuggets, you will not be disappointed.

I'm here working from out of town and decided to swing by for lunch. I had the half slab of Ribs with a side of beans and potato salad, and it was actually a half slab not 4 ribs like some places do.I'm a big person and I couldn't finish it all. It was delicious and worth the money. I almost hurt myself but decided to put the rest away for supper. Least I know I'm eating good tonight also!
