It was a quiet evening in the small town of Peabody and we were meeting for a birthday dinner. Restaurant was clean, Food was great, service was awesome and the warm fireplace was the perfect touch.
The most unassuming hidden foodie gem of the Flinthills. If you are driving by, make sure you stop. The cheeseburgers are perfect, and we love the funky chicken sandwich & chicken tenders.You’d never guess a small town dive bar has such epic made-from-scratch food. Even their fries, onion rings, and ranch dressing are hand made. We drive over 30 minutes to eat here, and it’s always worth the scenic little drive.Located between Wichita & Emporia, right off HWY 50.

Stopped in for lunch on the way to our destination and was greeted awesomely and was served right away. Service was fantastic and food was great! I had the catfish and okra and oh my, so good! We don't have a lot of catfish in WI. Wishing I was closer to have more another time ?
