Food was good but was disappointed you don't serve old fashioned biscuits, I was expecting that but got white bread instead, not a good substitute. Certainly I'm not the only person who feels this way.
Food was great as always, however customer service has went way down hill. The last two times we went for a pick up order and had to wait more than 20 minutes with very few cars in the parking lot. Most recently tonight 12/7/25 I couldn’t get through on the phone so I placed a pickup order through door dash and when we got there we waited almost 30 minutes to get our food and one of the workers every ten minutes would come out and say we’re waiting on this item, now we’re...
Just like I remember from growing up. Always a place to go for special occasions. But this time the chicken was overcooked and dry. I was really surprised that it was. But, everyone was happy to eat it and the spaghetti was delicious as it has been for years. Definitely a good idea to visit if you are in southeast Kansas, near Frontenac.
