“I’ve had the 4 meal a week plan for a year… and I can’t recommend it enough! I truly look forward to eating them, and feel great after. I love the rotating menu and ability to skip weeks when I need to. The protein is incredible, veggies so fresh, and everything is so well balanced and tasty. Kitch makes it easy to get nutrients and vitamins without compromise and as a Celiac with a strict gluten free diet, I can’t thank Kitch enough for making food easy and enjoyable!”

“I came here for the first time today for breakfast. The General Manager was so nice! She made me feel welcome. She gave some awesome recommendations as well as shared with me the history of the store. I am thoroughly impressed. This is the type of customer service that keeps people coming back; the bowls are a bonus. I got an Acai bowl for my husband and an oatmeal bowl for myself. I was expecting the oat bowl to be cold like other places I've tried but it was warm which was perfect for the cold morning. The heat from the oats made the peanut butter and Nutella melt together and omgosh .... it tasted like a warm hug. I will be back and I'm bringing the fam with me. 10/10”

The Brussels Sprouts and Eggplant were wonderful accompaniments. I highly recommend that you try the dine in or take out!”
