I don't know if it's a shortage of ingredients, but lately, the cinnamon/raisin bagels are dry, square shaped, and have no flavor. I started to wonder if they mixed the doggie treats with the people bagels. The cream cheese is horrid, and the consistency is like drywall putty. So sad, this used to be my go-to spot for bagels.
Horrible. My sandwich was dry- no yogurt parfait. Way under staffed.
