Their desserts always feel like a treat.

I ordered online for pick up at 9:50am and my order was not ready until 10:25am. The employees were clearly slammed and stressed. They should probably turn off online orders if they are understaffed and going to prioritize in store orders regardless.

Parking is a little chaotic, food is good. If they run out of bagels (which is very possible) you will not get food you want $$

Great options, but had to ask for everything. Can I get a box instead of a bag, can I get cups, can I get a knife, ect.

Usually my go to Einstein’s but not after today. There are two girls in the afternoon who look like they just rolled out of bed making the food and this is what I got… I asked the lovely cashier if we could possibly switch bagel while still placing the remainder of my order and apparently they were already preparing it. When she turned back to let the unprofessional girl know she gave us the dirtiest annoyed look. I said it was ok, I’d try the jalapeño one. After opening my sandwich, I noticed the whole top was charred. Anyone with common sense would not have packed that. I tried to work around it but it was literally crisping in the table. I asked her to remake it and got another dirty look and seen her do it with the worst attitude in front of me. Will not be returning.

Had a terrible customer service experience this morning!! Came here to write a bad review. But what's the point? They seem to treat everyone equally badly - how are they still in business?!

There was (what looked to be) mouse poop in my plain cream cheese. I really don’t think it could have been chocolate based on the size and color. There was also a hair on my tomato in my sandwich. My order was also wrong. This place is disgusting.

I keep trying to give this location a chance because it’s close to my house but every time I go back it’s an awful experience with the SAME girl. She’s so rude. She clearly hates being there. You walk in and she’s listening to her ear bud and snaps “what are you getting?!!?” I tell her and then she makes it and plops it down in front of me walks away without a thank you or anything that even remotely resembles kindness. I got the bacon egg and cheese sandwich and the cheese is completely cold as well as the bacon 🤢. She’s so rude and doesn’t care about the food she makes. She doesn’t wear a name tag so I can’t get her name. So awkward when there are 4 other employees just sleeping at random tables throughout the restaurant.

She’s just awful to interact with.

I don’t ever leave bad reviews but holy cow this is so consistently bad.

Forgot an order item. Reading isn't hard. I was literally a baby when I learned how to do it. But these people keep missing it. Every restaurant in recent memory has screwed up something, and refused to refund me unless I go back in, like it's 1935, or something. I don't know how it's become so common, but if things continue the way they are, the world will end soon. No one will know how to fly airplanes, or even open doors. People are just getting dumber and dumber.

Nasty place, nasty attitude employees. Went in with wife for coffee and specialty bagel sandwich. We were in town to be with family, After driving for 4 hours, I gave my order to my wife while I went to sit down. A two top by the window looked good, as we don’t like to sit by door. The table top was sticky with the previous folks trash and crumbs on it. The four top next to it had chairs turned upside down on table tops. I went to the side counter and asked for a damp rag to wipe the table off. A young lady pointed to the napkins in the dining room. I told her the table was sticky I needed something damp so I could wipe it off. A young man was standing there just staring at me.
He picked up a small bucket with a rag and as we walked to the table, I told him we would have sat at the four top but the chairs were upside down on the table. It was in the afternoon and I thought there must have been a problem with the four top to have chairs stacked on them. I got no words but a glare and he put the chairs down, then went to the two top and wiped it off. I sat at the four top while he wiped off the two top. The two top had trash on the floor around it, so I remained at the four top. I realized the four top was dirty as well, so rather than deal with grumpy, I got some napkins, went to the two top, which was left with standing water on it, to dampen some napkins and proceeded to wipe off the four top.
When my wife arrived at the table with our order, she said, I don’t know what your sandwich will look like, they threw it together and then actually threw it in the sack. Sure enough the top bun was on one side with meat and cheese on the other. Trash receptacle was overflowing. My wife had to push it down to put our trash in it. Trash on floor everywhere. Sweeper with cord on floor was standing beside a table in the dining room. When we had arrived there was a group of teenage kids sitting at a large table and other customers coming in and out. As we left, there was not one customer in the place. Three employees were on their phones while others disappeared to the back. I am 70 years old and have only written I few reviews, never one like this. It was so bad, I took pictures which I will try to post.
