I’ve had the 4 meal a week plan for a year… and I can’t recommend it enough! I truly look forward to eating them, and feel great after. I love the rotating menu and ability to skip weeks when I need to.
The protein is incredible, veggies so fresh, and everything is so well balanced and tasty. Kitch makes it easy to get nutrients and vitamins without compromise and as a Celiac with a strict gluten free diet, I can’t thank Kitch enough for making food easy and enjoyable!
Food is great always fresh, Chef And his staff are great. Front desk staff are awesome!!
LOVE this option for my lifestyle! The portions are perfect and the food tastes great. There are plenty of items on the menu to choose from and the meals are easy to prepare. Honestly can’t think of any cons!! :)
