What's not to like about this place. The managers do take their jobs seriously and i don't see the place burning labor, everyone seems to be busy. The food has never been a disappointment. I will tell you that I like the "Joes" pizza. Wish it was here longer. Other than that I don't have a favorite I like to mix it up every time I am in. The ravioli is a standard for me and the service is above industry standard. They do earn their tips.

Minsky’s is fantastic. Been coming to this location since I was a little kid, so about 30+ years. Pizza is fantastic, beer is cold, service is great. Pictured is a large pizza, half pineapple, half broccoli.

Make sure to try some of the house specialties such as Combo (which is like a supreme), Papa Minsky’s, Five Star Cheese, Mediterranean, and Tostada. I also like the Natures Choice but I 86 the zucchini and bell pepper. Also good is the ole staff favorite...

My family and I absolutely adore Minskys in prairie village! The staff is always so welcoming and attentive.
Word is they got some new management and it is totally noticeable! The wait times are amazingly short along with a welcoming atmosphere and attitude! They also got a brand new bar with an amazing selection of different tap beers, bottled beers, wine, and cocktails! 100% would recommend stopping in!
