So many different options and great customer service

Delicious noodle dishes, side salads are back as are other side dishes.

The food is good but don't bother signing up for the rewards program. I did and was suppose to get a discount on my first meal after signing up. They found a loophole to get out of it. Then I was told my points were expiring via email. Went in to buy a meal and use my points. They found another loophole to get out of using those. I refuse to go back due to shady marketing practices.

The food is almost as good as the people there. My office is closer to another location but I drive past that one to go to this location because of the extremely awesome service.

Food, is always great here. I’ve yet to have a cold plate and the breadsticks are amazing. The service was good as well. Nice friendly people. If I had to say something even remotely bad or off-putting, it would be the lighting. It was dimly illuminating. As you walk up to the counter, but overall. Noodles & Company will always get my business…

Great place with some good options. My complaint is that the soda machine always gives weak sodas that taste like mostly carbonated water. It sucks and it really affects how often I go here. The staff is truly wonderful and always goes the extra mile so it's even more awful that the soda machine sucks. I've seen them replace the soda and got a fresh one and it still sucked. So I know it's not that I've come in when it was low and I've been in multiple times and it's always been like this so I know it's a consistent trend. Maybe adjust the syrup to carbonated water proportion?

Good staff good food. I recently had an issue and Tracy was outstanding and solved the problem after calling the store about missing food she went above and beyond helping me.

The few times I've been in, it's been clean and inviting. The manager, Brandon has been welcoming and thorough with my order. They have always come out fast and accurate! The food has been super fresh and delicious.

Pasta was better than mediocre. Soda machine pumped out 100’s of options. Man working the register doesn’t know how to say please or thank you, but made sure I saw the tip option on the credit card processor.
