The food is good but don't bother signing up for the rewards program. I did and was suppose to get a discount on my first meal after signing up. They found a loophole to get out of it. Then I was told my points were expiring via email. Went in to buy a meal and use my points. They found another loophole to get out of using those. I refuse to go back due to shady marketing practices.

Food, is always great here. I’ve yet to have a cold plate and the breadsticks are amazing. The service was good as well. Nice friendly people. If I had to say something even remotely bad or off-putting, it would be the lighting. It was dimly illuminating. As you walk up to the counter, but overall. Noodles & Company will always get my business…

Great place with some good options. My complaint is that the soda machine always gives weak sodas that taste like mostly carbonated water. It sucks and it really affects how often I go here. The staff is truly wonderful and always goes the extra mile so it's even more awful that the soda machine sucks. I've seen them replace the soda and got a fresh one and it still sucked. So I know it's not that I've come in when it was low and I've been in multiple...
