Brought my wife and 2 kids here. Place was abandoned. We thought how nice that we can be the only ones here, and it was great until the very end. I asked for the seafood dish with lobster, shrimp, and scallops. When they brought it out I noticed instead of lobster it seemed like chicken was served. I didn't say anything at the time I just planned to bring that up when our check came. Had a great show at the hibachi and kids were having a blast. At the end I told them that I got chicken instead of the lobster assuming they would reduce the bill by 5-10 bucks given the mistake. Instead they had us wait around for 20 min while seemingly everyone in the restuarant debated what to do about it. Then almost every employee came up to me saying that I was mistaken and it was lobster. I showed them the chicken and they still tried to tell me it was lobster. Look- I know the difference between lobster and chicken, and I was happy to pay for the lobster if I had been served lobster. One employee had me show them my doggie bag and picked apart a peice of the chicken and then said I was lying in front of my kids. It's been a while since I had been treated this way in public. I asked my family to leave and gave them a good lecture. We will not be back. Pretty sad because the experience was great aside from this part at the end which completely ruined it. So petty. It would have been 5-10 dollars difference to charge me for chicken instead of lobster. Now the server has no tip, they have a couple more bad reviews, and I doubt they will be in business too long.

Bad and rude customer service. First and LAST visit for us to this restaurant. Everything started off well and switched to terrible treatment at the end. My husband is a seafood lover. He ordered the lobster, scallops and shrimp combo. I dislike seafood and know how fishy lobster is. What he was served for lobster looked and tasted like chicken. When confronted by this, they sent almost every employee our way to tell us my husband was wrong. One of them call my husband a liar in front of me and our children! Needless to say my husband didn’t need to lie over something so petty. If you want to save yourself from a very unpleasant experience, find somewhere else to have hibachi.

I have been going here for last few years and just like Gojo’s they’re starting to make changes. For example there’s no shrimp appetizer, they expect you be excited about catching zucchini, it was 3 of us and they attempted to add a large party 18% gratuity and the portion size was much smaller. I hope they fix somethings I really enjoy going.

Overall a really great experience.I spent ~$300 for 11 people to have hibachi dinner with drinks (wine and soda)The food was delicious and the portions were nice. It was brisk but not busy and so was disappointed the service was not on point.Vegetarian options: Solid vegetarian optionsParking: Easy and accessible parkingKid-friendliness: Very kid friendly with a complete kids menu

My sister ordered the lobster and shrimp hibachi. The seafood in the hibachi dish was very distasteful. It tasted extremely fishy and was rubbery. The server was nice, but didnt quite understand my questioning and due to that fact, I had to return my first dish back.

I just struggle with this place. The food is very solid and it is a place where you can actually get in for a Hibachi dinner without a huge wait (i.e., Kyoto). However, the service is just downright terrible. I don't think it's due to lack of effort or poor personnel, I just don't think they properly assign duties. It looks like every employee does everything. They also need a constant bartender. The food is very solid, especially the steak/filet hibachi items. Just needs a lot of service work and probably a touch on presentation/cleanliness.

So much fun! Great atmosphere. Super friendly. Food was delicious. Made reservation via phone and was seated once we arrived.

This was dyed tuna, in that it was pink and not red and had little to no flavor. Would have given 3 stars but the hibachi fish (shrimp, lobster, scallop) was soaked in an overly sweet sauce. Even the fried rice was bland. When I brought up the fish issue with front staff they all acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about and said I needed to speak with the chef. Do not recommend.

Low quality fish. Sorry if your name has "Sushi" in it I expect a certain level of quality. This was dyed tuna, in that it was pink and not red and had little to no flavor. The restaurant was dead upon arrival, but that's fine with us! We were sat quickly and drink orders taken. The food was good, with some funky fun rolls to try! I had the kiss of fire which is served on fire, wrapped in foil, and was very good. Baked scallop roll was also a hit. Calamari looked like onion rings and were the size of onion rings, which proved to make them incredibly difficult to eat since squid tends to be a tougher chew, but the batter and overall flavor was there. Huge bar inside and look forward to returning with family and friends for a birthday dinner in the future.
