“100% authentic and tasty food. So worth the drive from Wichita. I like Schatzi's better than "Prost" in Wichita. I am from East Germany so our local cuisine is a bit different than most of the meals that Chef Manfred cooks, but I like a lot of his creations. And everyone loves Schnitzel, so you can't go wrong with that :) Too bad he only opens his doors once a month or so. Looking forward to my next trip to Riley!”
