There were at least 5 others just as disappointed yesterday ... not sure what was going on but probably need to get a handle on it!! Love my morning crew but I also understand they aren't as busy!! Need to fix the issue regardless!!
Usually stop by here once a week for a cherry limeade on the way home. Service has been getting gradually worse and today was nonexistent. Pulled on to the lot while there was only one other car, parked by the window and saw 4-5 people working. Pressed the button and waited 5 minutes without any response. It really is sad hoe far this store has been allowed to fall. Maybe it's time for new management.
