The place is so welcoming to everyone that walks in to through the door and it has a jewelry store right next to it as well so when you are walking for your drink you can just shop.

The sandwiches were good but we didn’t try any coffee. The vibe could be better tho. It was just kinda dim and dreary in there

Terrible service, came in as the only two in the entire store ordered coffee and breakfast and the guy working acted like we just told him he had to work another 8 hours today. It was insanely rude and once we ordered he was timely with getting our order prepared but once it was ready he set on the table and ran to the back because someone else had entered the store within us waiting for food. We looked at our food and coffee as he avoided any sort of glance our direction once I finally walked up after 3 minutes and asked " is this our food?" He replied " Ugggh yes" then told us we could not purchase any of the gift shop items. (Which I do completely understand if that's policy) but experience was awful don't stop here. And our food was ice cold.

Fantastic place to get coffee or smoothies. Definitely worth the stop. Family owned and the owners were very friendly.

My comments are based on only beverage purchases because we didn't eat there. However, they had what appeared to be some tasty options on their menu board. I ordered a pumpkin spice chai tea. Absolutely delicious!!! My husband got just regular black coffee and thought it was a bit weak for his taste. The man behind counter was very responsive to questions. The gal that checked us out was maybe new because she appeared to still be working on service skills. This place is a little more than 2 miles off highway 70 as general fyi. The signage for this place is kinda small- the name is written on the window but not on the awning over it. Plus it shares space with some kind of little store which I would have loved to look around but they were closed. Probably saved me money and time!

This place used to be good (outside of being a little pricey), however as of the last week, we've had 2 negative experiences with the same "new" person. Both times, jewelry store employees came to assist, which is fine, except that means 2 different employees saw the same poor quality and let it go out to the customer anyway. The first time I let it go because everyone has been new at some point, but to mess up a simple order like a BLT that you were trained on at least 5 days prior is ridiculous. First, the bread wasn't toasted. Second, there weren't even 2 full bacon slices for the entire sandwich, and the bacon was very thinly sliced. One tomato slice for the entire sandwich, and a silver dollar size limp piece of lettuce for each half. I put all ingredients on one half and it was still a pitiful excuse for a sandwich. This is the type of poor quality that will lose customers!!!

I was waiting for a Frappuccino for over 20 minutes. Super slow service, the owner was there and didn’t help out the guy at the bar. 2 costumers left with out their coffee because was taking for ever … I left with no coffee and I didn’t get my money back ( didn’t ask for my money back because I lost my patience and I was scare to waist more time In this place )

Although they are suffering from the worker shortage problem that all the service industry seems to be suffering from, I was impressed by everything else in this coffee shop/deli. The owners are not to blame for the slow service in that both of them were working hard trying to keep up with the customers. Every aspect of the food was excellent and the two people holding down the fort were very friendly. There is a very nice kitchen gadget and supply shop attached to the dining area. The seating is nice and the atmosphere is laid back. I approached it all with a relaxed mood and did not let the wait get to me. It was well worth the wait. I picked up some infused olive oils from a vast selection of flavors which are available to sample. These are new to me and I was very impressed with their flavor.

Please stop in to Espresso Etc. if you ever find yourself in or near Russell! It is a wonderful gem of a place. Their coffee is really good and their little breakfast wrap has sustained me during this week long visit. They are wonderful people as well - so welcoming and friendly to all of their patrons.

(Plant-baser Reviewer) This place is totally worth the extra few minutes off the highway! Great coffee, great service, easy in and out parking. Ordered an oat milk latte and it was delicious. Kudos to this coffee shop! Will definitely stop here in the future.
