Quite aways from the highway way more than expected. Parking is not the greatest. The atmosphere is not only outdated but I don’t even think at the prime it was done probably very nice. But the service and the food is exceptionally good. All in all I guess I don’t mind that we went here. But it’s gonna be a one and done.
After taking my wife to the airport in Wichita, I had a craving for wings, then a Philly. Luckily there was Waudby's in Russell. Had Handmade Chips with my Philly and they were just right! Very tasty. The wings had the right amount of heat I like in the Xtra hot but could have been thrown in a fryer for a couple more minutes. The history of the building is interesting and well worth the read.
