This is a great place to eat in Russell, KS. We always look this place up for lunch during annual pheasant and quail hunting trips. They have daily plate specials. The burgers are great and the staff is always friendly.

Quite aways from the highway way more than expected. Parking is not the greatest. The atmosphere is not only outdated but I don’t even think at the prime it was done probably very nice. But the service and the food is exceptionally good. All in all I guess I don’t mind that we went here. But it’s gonna be a one and done.

The service was great. The staff is very friendly. We ordered the fried pickles and they were extremely greasy. My husband had the chicken philly sandwich and thought it was great. My burger, was fat, but very dry. This is the second time in 3 yrs that I had been in the area and ate there. There are better places in Russell to eat.
