This is always a beginning starting place for our twice a year camping trip. The food and service are great despite it being connected to a gas station/convenience store. The rooster tails and wings are always a safe bet!

Not a bad selection of beer, really good pizza and good staff. It's definitely worth a visit if you are in the area.

3/21/24- walked in & got a table immediately. It was very hot inside. I waited to order but there was only 1 server working the entire floor. I continued too wait then left bc I it was taking too long.

We had the bacon cheddar ranch burger with hand cut french fries and my husband had a cheeseburger and curly fries. We both enjoyed the service and speed of getting the meal. We will be eating there the next time we are in Russell.

Appetizers were great (fried mushrooms and pretzel bread with queso) my daughter and I both had the special which was a double cheeseburger with fries. My double cheeseburger was great. However, my fries were drenched in grease, my daughters cheeseburger had hair in it, and her fries were also drenched in grease. The restaurant made good on the cheeseburger for her and brought her a fresh one. Her second set of fries were cooked perfectly. My son-in-law had the cheddar bacon burger, he loved it and my son had the Mushroom Swiss burger. He said it was pretty good not a lot of flavor to the mushroom and Swiss part but the burger was cooked right. As for the service, it was slow to start. We were made to feel like outsiders. And I guess we are since I don’t live in Russell. I guess if you are not trying to gain interstate business then that's ok too.
