Ordered carryout. When I showed up it was super busy and everyone of the customers stared at me (out of towner). Made me feel like a celebrity, lol. Food was decent. Didn't get a couple things we asked for and did not get plasticware to eat with or napkins.
Stopped here for a quick bite on a long road trip along I70. It is located about 8 minutes from the highway in a small town. Food came out quick and super hot. It was delicious and relatively well priced! Salsa and chips were provided upon seating. I had the pollo bandido and was very satisfied with the portion size. The restaurant atmosphere was also very relaxed, perfect to destress a little bit during the trip. Once you finish, you go up to the front counter to pay. Definitely...
My Subaru had an axle explode on the highway by Russell, so we were forced to spend the night there. Tried this place as it was one of the only Mexican restaurants in the area. I had the camarones a la diabla, and it was probably the best and spiciest I've ever had. I was literally sweating while eating them. My GF had a big combo platter, and as someone who usually doesn't finish her food, she almost cleaned her plate. They were pretty busy as it was a Saturday evening....
