Joe made sure that we were taken care of and we had great service when we returned. Our waitress Micha was very attentive and super sweet! Thank you for going out of your way to make our overall experience a positive one.
We went in last Friday around 7pm and sat there for 15 minutes without being helped at all. The restaurant was completely empty. I even tried calling their phone several times to see if someone would come and answer the phone - nope. No such luck. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else!

We had our two grandkids from K.C. with us. It was Adele's 11th BD June 13th and she and her brother wanted to spend it at The Alley.
Ryan, Asst. GM was very friendly and helpful when Adele and Alistair (8) gave him our order and then he served us. PS: He deserves a raise! Bonnie

I always do d.d. delivery & I love there pizza the only one pie cut is personal, first time with sweet chili wings was great. I always try to call to get pie cut pizza, well Ryan answered and was very argumentive about me wanting pie cut,he actually told d.d. person he wouldn't do it again,the wait was very long because even after talking to him they still made the pizza square cut, according to d.d.lady Christina.ordered 5 bone in wings sweet chili 3 were old & burnt other two were fine,but I will be presenting those to them& speaking with a mgr.I guess they don't want my business, because of the pizza cut,.It's all good unless they figure this out I am done! Ryan shouldn't be so RUDE EITHER!!!!

The menu looks great, the food looks great.......too bad my wife and I received zero service, just an acknowledgement from the server that she'd eventually get to us. I believe the server even pointed us out to the bartender. After 30 minutes of waiting and waiting, we left to eat across the street. Judging by the other reviews, this looks to be a common thread that management MAY want to address?

Nice atmosphere but.... I paid for double loaded frieds with my Philly cheese steak with extra cheese! Only received one order waffle fries dry nothing on them asked for two sour creams got none at all. No loaded double fries. And hardly any cheese in my Philly was extremely disappointed when I got home because I waited 45 mins at the bar and my order wasn't even close to right and the bartender ordered it right and it clearly states on the ticket what I ordered in a way I the customer could understand. So it's truly disappointing to have lost money didn't get what I ordered and I didn't even eat it cuz I was that disappointed.

Excellent family oriented place.Awsome food. Friendly helpful staff. Highly recommended for family night.you have to try there 29 inch pizza is amazing with fresh hand tossed homemade fresh dough.all food is cooked to order and fresh.

Who ever manages this place needs to really train the staff in customer service. The 2 employees sat at the bar the whole time we were there never checking on us. We had to yell to ask for a box and our check. Absolutely worst service ever.

Went on a Thursday at 5 to bowl with my family and was told that they had league taking over all of the lanes in the front and Kansas Wesleyan was on the back lanes. Pretty idiotic business practices to not leave any available lanes to outside patrons when you are a bowling alley.

Came here to grab a pizza on our way back home to Wichita. We went over to the bar area to order and the middle-aged lady at the bar couldn’t even be bothered to greet us. We stood there a while before I finally said hello and excuse me and began to ask if they take Togo orders and she just put a finger up to me to silence me. It was a very odd rude encounter. I’m not sure if she was just annoyed in general but, it nearly made me walk out. Instead I walked over to the front desk to ask if we’re able to get pizza to go and young woman at the front desk greeted us immediately was very polite and let us know we could order from the bar or the snack bar. We ordered at the snack bar from the gentleman in the U.S Navy Veteran hat (Ed, I believe) who was also very nice, greeted immediately us and took our order. The wait for the pizza wasn’t bad and it was very delicious.
