What a hidden gem. Found this place as the best pizza in SALINA. Called and ordered it Togo driving into town. The bartender had my order ready and had all the toppings possible. The bar patrons could see I wasn’t from the area and OMG they were so Nice. The pizza, wow. Thin crust and you can definitely taste the wood fired flavor. The homemade sausage was legit. A must stop in SALINA
We stopped for lunch on the way through Salina. We shared a Chicken Cantina pizza on the gf cauliflower crust. It was yummy!
My family has been eating at Blue sky ever since they were open and it just has one of the best atmospheres, food, drinks, house brewed beer, that you can find in Salina Monte the owner is down to earth and and strives to keep it a wonderful family restaurant.
