The food was good. Had the hot honey chicken skillet. Service left a bit to be desired. Our server second guessed my drink order (I wanted a hot toddy, asked for hot tea, honey, Jack Daniels), she didn't really know what to do with that and wandered off with my ID for reasons unlnown. Later returned and refused to sell me an order or boneless wings that was featured on the menu because "we dont sell that". Not really her fault, that's bad advertising but as someone who worked the industry for a lot of years I'm sure there's a button for that somewhere on their pos that could have made it happen with pretty minimal effort. Overall, not horrible but a pretty mediocre experience.

Stopped in 12/3/24 with hubby for a 30 minute lunch and had their $9.99 Chix burger with fries and a drink. The fries were old and cold but my hubby said to leave it alone. (Waitress was awesome). Then on 12/5 we went back for the $9.99 hamburgers with fries n drink. This time I asked them to make sure the fries were fresh and hot. Applebees burger was better than Longhorn’s hamburger meal! We got to meet the GM and enjoyed speaking with her. We will be back but I’ll have to order online because I’m on a tight lunch schedule…30 minutes!

My friend and I went to go eat there. The waitress had poor service. It took her over 12 minutes to come get our appetizers when we got our appetizers that was good. My friend got a steak, medium rare, and I got the salmon that took over 20 minutes to get out to us and they were completely empty in the parking lot in the building no people no customers. Her steak came out wrong it was well done! We had to send it back, which took another 20 minutes.then we ordered to go orders for a husbands and my husband did not get what I ordered. I got him a 12 ounce ribeye and he got another completely different steak. A much cheaper steak than a ribeye, but I was charged for a 12 ounce ribeye and it was very dry. Don’t know what’s going on, but I will not be back there

I can't say enough great things about our recent dining experience at Applebee's in Salina! From start to finish, everything was fantastic.
We came in as a party of six, which can often mean a long wait at many restaurants. However, we were seated immediately, and that was a pleasant surprise--especially considering it was a busy evening. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and perfect for a night out with friends.
Our server, Maci, was absolutely incredible. She greeted us with a bright smile and friendly energy, setting the tone for a great experience. Maci was attentive and efficient, ensuring that every member of our party had everything they needed without ever feeling rushed. She struck the perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness, which made our evening all the more enjoyable.
As for the food, I ordered the Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp, and it was nothing short of perfection. The chicken was tender and flavorful, the shrimp was cooked just right, and the Cajun spices added a fantastic kick. The sizzling presentation elevated the dish even further. It was hands down one of the best meals I've had in a long time. Everyone else at our table raved about their meals as well.
To top it off, the service was incredibly fast, especially for a party of six. Drinks were refilled promptly, and the food arrived hot and fresh. Maci truly went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing experience.
Overall, this Applebee's exceeded all expectations. Great food, outstanding service, and a welcoming atmosphere--it doesn't get better than that. If you're in Salina, I highly recommend stopping by, and if you're lucky enough to have Maci as your server, you're in for a treat! Five stars all the way.

Had a wonderful meal after a stressful day of Christmas shopping! The atmosphere was great! We were greeted right away.The waitress got our drinks right away. We got by our salads, meals what really made the meal was the waitress was on point with her customer service is was what made this a great Dinning experience! Thanks Maci!

Very unhappy with the service I received here. They wanted to charge me extra for CROUTONS after I’d ordered an entire meal (per ounce, at that), and claimed to not have salt packets available.

I meet up with a couple friends after work our waitress was right there to greet me when I sat down. I visited with them for a little while the waitress took my order of BBQ chicken wings to go. I got my order quickly so that great. I live about 20 minutes from the restaurant, I sat down to eat my wings. Honestly I was excited as I don't eat out hardly ever but as I ate the first wing I thought wow this a tough bird. Then it was like I cold hardly bite the wings let alone chew it and really enjoy my meal. My thought was by end that these wings must have been reheated in a microwave. I don't have a microwave because it does make the food to hard. I was extremely disappointed. That was just my experience with this meal. I don't eat there enough to really judge there food and my friends had nothing negative to say about what they ate. They were finished eating by the I had arrived. You all have a good day.
