Favorite place to get ice cream after surgeries

People talk about Blue Bell but I would rate Braum's ice cream above ALL others for flavor, selection, and consistency.

Malts and shakes are amazing, we like that our food comes out hot like it was just made .

We want one in Topeka!

This place needs inspected by health officials as well as a new management. Trash and plastic all over the store. Half the employees didn't have a hair net/hat on. There were boxes of ice cream left out on a kitchen cart and the ice cream was melting through the box. Multiple employees were on their phone and laughing while taking selfies in the back while there was a line of customers waiting to be served. We walked out as did others in line in front of us.

The ice at this Braum's taste like old stagnant water (makes me think of sewer water). Also worker handling a customers dog and did not wash their hands when went back to work.

"We must be invisible." These are the exact words I heard from the man in front of me while standing in line waiting to order. I held the door for a couple as we were entering the restaurant at the same time. They were joined by their high school aged boys, and tried to let me go in front of them, but I declined. The store was NOT full, with many empty tables. Only one person was ahead of us as we approached the register. The woman at the register took that person's order, then turned her back on us and walked away without a word. We waited 5-10 minutes for someone to return and take our orders. While waiting for my takeout order I shopped the store for ice cream, then stood in a line of four again to try to pay. One person was buying 4 gallons of milk, and the comment was made that she could have driven across town to Walmart quicker. The final nail in the coffin was when I got back on the road, then discovered the French fries were mushy, still raw in the middle. Unless you want ice cream, I would go a half block further and pull into the Spangles. Service is better, and so is the food!!

While traveling for the Holiday's we stopped for some breakfast and of course ice cream...The shift manager working 11/27/24 @ 10am waited on us..very friendly..when we ordered a ice cream sundae she asked Veda (not sure on the spelling) if she would make the sundae she got back talked to and in front of not me but other customers..Veda was saying she wasn't gonna do anything else for the shift manager the rest of the day..The shift manager was just trying to get orders out and Veda wants to back talk..throwing things in the sink acting terrible...If she doesn't want to work her job and be a team player she should find work elsewhere!! I hope Braums takes notice (maybe I should call Corp. and make sure they see this)..To the Shift Manage you keep doing what your doing and don't let workers like Veda treat you badly..you don't get paid enough for all that..Veda you owe everyone an apology!!!

Good variety of seasonal ice cream except I did not find rum raisin. Very nice and helpful staff. Braums stores are always clean.

Worst food I have ever had from Braums the chicken strips were old and the fries had to be an hour old and my husbands burger was hard as a hockey puck and cooked too long
.. your workers seem to not care about their job at all !!! I will not be returning

Had to wait a long time just to place order. Waited longer for the food. They forgot our shakes twice. Tables were filthy.

Such a nice and cozy place. I just love that I haven’t had Butter Brickle ice cream in 15 years and I was able to find it there.
