One time stop. It's in the Holiday Inn. Wife's wrap was good. Wrap slightly burnt on one side. My double patty burger with onion rings was missing the rings, I got fries brought to me instead. Asked for my rings, came out fresh , hot. Burger had one patty almost done and top one was rare yet. I pulled off top and continued to eat as we has just spent 10hrs driving. Bun was old and falling apart. Did not say anything about burger. Wouldn't recommend or go back again.

The "front of house manager" is the definition of incompetent. Did not give the discount for staying at the hotel. Never got refills, my kid asked for ice cream and was brought fruit. There is clear signage for kids eat free for dinner with purchase of adult meal. The incompetent manager refused to give me the discount saying it's only on Thursdays which no signage says this. Food was good but service is so incredibly terrible I would recommend avoiding it.

Blink your eyes and you will miss this place, but definitely worth the stop.The Burger Theory is in the Holiday Inn so not your typical layout for a burger placebut don't let that fool you burgers were amazing and appetizers are half price on Sunday ...might I recommend the Fire Shrimp while I'm at it. You can get onions rings for a dollar more just get the fries because these aren't your everyday fries not sure what's on them but wow they are good.
Burger Theory has been in our own for quite some time. This was the first time my wife and I went there. The burgers were really good, and the service was top-notch. They have specials each day of the week, and the prices are very reasonable. Good job, Burger Theory. We will be going back.

What a disaster.I ordered the firecracker shrimp and it was breaded, coated, and served without having been peeled. The peel was still on it. Never offered to redo it after I sent it back.The burger I ordered was simple and came out fine, nothing to make me want to come back for. Fries were over seasoned and slightly burned.Careful when ordering a sweet tea too. She brought me unsweetened tea, but it’s fine because she added simple syrup later on “just for me”. I shouldn’t have to explain how it’s made. Just say you don’t have it.

Came over while staying over at the hotel for breakfast and dinner. Connor the bartender on Sunday night and monday night was great, he was personable, friendly, and quick. He know his stuff. Kyle The cook on Monday night made an amazing burger and it was made just the way I liked. It surpassed my expectations. Fries were well seasoned as well.On Monday morning and Tuesday morning I stopped for breakfast and Gabby was working. She was also super nice and helpful. I had the mini waffles and dang were they good. So good I ordered more
