We stayed one night at the Holiday Inn. We chose this hotel in part because we were excited to try the Burger Theory Restaurant in the lobby of the hotel. We were visiting family in town and had all planned on eating out together; there were 14 of us. We called ahead to ensure that they would be able to serve us as it was already after 8pm and there were so many of us. We were told that the kitchen doesn't close until 9 so it wouldn't be a problem to serve us. Upon arrival at about 8:35, we were met with a waitress who not only didn't want to serve us but was also very rude about it. She took over 5 minutes talking to her supervisor about weather or not they could serve us due to her being the only server. There was only one other table and a couple of people at the bar who all had already received their food. I was most upset about her rudeness and the refusal to serve us especially when we called ahead. We ended up going to Applebees, where they were more than happy to serve us $300 dollars worth of food and a generous tip.

Breakfast:
We had already purchased the breakfast vouchers while booking our room. We were pleasantly surprised that each voucher can get an additional kids meal for free. They did not have a kids menu but told us of a few options. Neither of our kids liked the waffles, they were out of menu items, and the food was very mediocre for the cost. We will be opting for a hotel with a continental breakfast for our next stay.

While the food was good. I am really disappointed with the fact they waited several weeks to take our payment out of our account. As a customer when i come in to eat i expect my payment to be taken out in a few days. It was been several weeks since we ate there and they just posted to our account the other day. Telling people to dispute this with the bank is yet another fail on their end. Will likely not eat their ever again due to this experience.

Service was awful, food not much better. Took 30 min just to get our drinks and we were the only table there. Ticket was wrong and server did not know how to fix it. If I could give a zero review, I would

I guess I expected more from a place with this name. It wasn't bad. Just.....I think they could try to live up to the name

Steak was a little over cooked but still really good flavor. The super friendly staff offered to recook but we were tired and to hungry from our long travel to wait. The nacho fries were superb. Over all, for a hotel diner I do recommend. Maybe try one of those delicious looking build a burgers.

It has been years since I have eaten here. The food during my recent visit was horrible! The onion rings were lukewarm. The Farm Fresh Buger was
always my favorite. This time it was unrecognizable.
The booth seating is breaking down, decorative lighting is dirty. I can see why the restaurant was nearly empty over the lunch hour.

A updated review, and a recent one saying something has changed is not wrong. Something has. I sat down on a well-worn-gorilla-taped bench, the burger line-up has been slashed drastically, the burger was totally average, and the lights were flickering. My waitress was very polite and pleasant. But another restaurant in town has completely de-throned them for burgers. No longer the solid recommendation or go-to stop it used to be.

I’ve been stopping here for years when traveling through the area, and unfortunately the place has gone downhill. It’s super convenient to eat here when we stay at the Holiday Inn, and the food is good, but there has been a noticeable change in the atmosphere. Used to be televisions with games on everywhere, and tonight there were just two tiny screens on at the bar. Pics attached show the empty TV mounts. I really like the burgers here, and my wife is a fan of the spicy chicken sandwich. Service is hit and miss - tonight was a huge miss - absolutely terrible. Servers spending too much time near the cash register huddled together laughing.

This is $12 worth of chicken tenders. Hope deleting reviews and comments is worth it.

Personally eaten here many times. My wife had only had to go orders. This evening I suggested we enjoy Burger Theory. Enjoy? We did not! Our food took over half an hour to come out. My fries were cold. My burger was chilly. Her chicken strips were burnt.

To make it worse the manager delivered the chicken to my wife and never spoke to us. Our waitress made it right, comped the chicken and gave discount on remainder of the meal. But hold on! It gets worse!! How? My wife left a review and they removed it. I understand nobody wants bad reviews. Yet honesty goes a long way in business. And clearly they are not honest. And provide poor service from top to bottom. The waitress did apologize a bunch. When it wasn't her job since the manager delivered the burnt food. And then clearly he or someone above him removed her Facebook check in and review. We will not return.
