Room was great! From the outside it looks rough but it’s under construction. We only stayed for a night so we didn’t need anything fancy. Front desk was nice. WiFi worked, tv worked, clean room. Breakfast was muffins. No complaints!

This was a highway pit stop, motel is under construction and not in an attractive location. Booked on Expedia. I received a clean comfortable room, and the price was right. Check in by video monitor, and went fine. Cable and wi-fi worked fine.

I would not recommend this motel to my worst enemy!! The staff there are so rude and not very friendly!! They will charge you for things that you shouldn't be charged for! They over charged me $150 and would not give me my money back then threatened me that they will call the cops if I didn't leave but all I wanted was my money back and they refused to give it to me.

Worst hotel ever they lie to get you to book a room then they take $100 deposit and say they will refund immediately upon check out I never received my deposit back and it's been 5 days!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!! Shouldn't even be in the hotel business I do not recommend staying here if you value your money not getting

I called and booked this room for a late check in 3am and late check out 12-1pm same day. The man on the phone said that's not a problem. Went to check in and a Indian man at the front desk said NO there is no late check out time after 11am and I would have to pay and extra $30 if I stayed past 11am-1pm Very disappointed this place is trying to take advantage of people Beware even though everything was already written on the reservation!?

Absolutely horrible...... didn't even stay there. Had a corporate booking that had been reserved AND paid for many days prior and when I arrived there was this ridiculous kiosk and the man on there told me that they didn't do prepaid bookings?!?? And I was to use a card OR get ahold of my travel agency (it was 10 pm at night) to be able to release the room. So he knew that it was paid for just wanted my CC too? Hell know, screw you. I punted and walked around the corner and got (probably a better room) and will just make my company reimburse me (and good luck to them getting their money back). From the other reviews this seems to be a common theme....... DON'T EVER BOOK HERE

Still outdated. I only stay here if I need to. When your a diamond member. They still give you no perks. They will charge you for. The upgrade room. Also still charge for early check in. Would of been ok if they made the location better. Old and rundown.Rooms: Old and outdated. I stayed in a number of their rooms. All are old, some rooms need updating on AC and lighting. Showers. EtcSafety: Keep your doors lock. They are located In a area that is not secure.

DO NOT STAY HERE . AC DOES NOT KEEP UP , CABLE NOT WORKING PROPERLY. Roaches . One must check in from a computer. Rooms smell like ashtrays . Service personnel are hard to find, bill your credit card an extra $100

Driving through Salina to Wyoming and needed a place to crash for a few hours. Booked this hotel through a 3rd party. Arrived to check in to find nobody in the lobby. A man came on a video screen to check me in. I had to allow him to scan my driver's license and either pay $100 cash deposit for any damages (to be refunded the next morning) or give him a credit card number to have on file in case there were damages. The lack of customer service and being able to talk to a live person is a big negative for me. The room itself wasn't too bad as we were exhausted and just wanted to sleep for a bit. We paid extra for the King size bed. We had to sleep in the middle right up next to each other because both sides of the bed had a big sinking hole in the mattress. Had to turn the A/C down to 66 to get the room cool. We were happy we could at least get breakfast before heading out. They offered coffee plus small containers of apple juice and orange juice. They had prepackaged muffins. That was all they offered for food. The only good thing I can say is that it was quiet considering it sat right off the expressway. We will not stay here again.

Service starts with remote oversea kiosk and t shirt handyman to the side of desk asking for 2nd room key not great but had booked via site. Unloading bags at 11pm people watching staring felt unsecure. Handyman taking apart door seals add to that then get to the room nasty carpet, bathroom hairs present, and some nasty black growth on the ceiling. We left no refund option was another dirty room only offered. Parking lot of gas station better place to sleepRooms: Gross carpet ceiling tile rusted out side accessFood & drinks: Breakfast online included from machine that if as clean as the room good luckNoteworthy details: Black mold or gross growth that remote management said was cleaning issue. Not maintenance fail.

This is a hotel that was a failure from the start with remote check in kiosk and some guy that was possibly maintenance in the office. They don't wear uniforms or name tags. he was taking apart door seal next to room they gave us. They also have open doors to parking area where nearby people watch you unload. The room had nasty black something on the ceiling that was growing, flies, pubic hair, nasty carpet that looked like it had never been cleaned. We felt it was so nasty and untrustworthy it was better to either find anywhere else or sleep in a Walmart parking lot till we could drive farther. They quote we did not give notice to cancel can't refund. Even after driving all day we didn't think we could sleep here with conditions. We wish we had reviewed prior and no matter how tired will make sure to get review before trusting booking site. The entire chain Days Inn is done for us they were contacted and did not care.
