Thought we'd try Gambino's since they're relatively new. Ordered the Mobster, minus the black olives, thin crust. Arrived early, love all the toppings, but VERY dry. VERY dry. Can't emphasize that enough. It's almost as if they forgot to put sauce on the crust, and the cheese has no fat. I almost want to drizzle olive oil on it. Also, no offering of Parmesan or crushed red pepper, which is a must for me! Anyway, hard to choke it down. Just SO dry!
The pizza was delicious, the crust is made fresh, the employees were friendly and they kept the pizza hot case full with a good selection, will definitely recommend the Salina Gambino's and will definitely go backParking: Plenty of parking e

Always great pizza. On this day, we had the lunch buffet. Your purchase for the buffet includes a salad bar and a hot bar with about 6 selections of various pizzas. This weekend buffet is well priced for the items offered, bread sticks, pizzas, calozone, dessert pizza, and a salad bar.If you are ordering pizza in or to go, my opinion they have some of the best pizza's, plenty of toppings, and they are not skimpy on them.
