The food was great, at least my spinach, mushroom and bacon omelette was. The waitress was nice and polite. But there's more than to waitressing than taking the order and dropping the food off. Maybe check on your table to see if they want something else or need something. Especially when there is only 3 to 4 guest in the restaurant, your not supposed to drop the food off and go hang out with the rest of the staff in the back or different section of the restaurant.

There system for the computer shut down and the waitress sux at her job the atmosphere was terrible and I will never as long as I live forget how terrible this place is... I'm still wondering why it's even in existence

My husband and I experienced significant delays during our recent visit, as we were seated for over 15 minutes without being approached for a drink order or any other type of acknowledgment. While the front-end server initially indicated she would attend to us shortly, the server assigned to our section proceeded to serve another patron, taking both his drink order and food order in a timely manner.
Ultimately, our lack of service prompted us to leave the establishment. I expressed my concerns to the hostess regarding the absence of follow-up, to which she responded, “That's not my section!”
This experience was entirely inconsistent with the level of service I've come to expect from this location. It seems evident that there is a need for improved training in hospitality and customer service among the staff, as my expectations for quality service were not met during this visit.

Was parked at the Petro for the holiday weekend being Labor Day and everything was absolutely perfect I couldn't complain even if I wanted to, keep up the good work .
