We showed up 15 minutes before close. Sushi was excellent and we ordered a couple fancy rolls. Plus they were gracious about our late arrival. From TX will eat here again as we frequently travel through Salinas!
The food was so good. I had the grilled salmon bowl. It was fire! The salmon was fresh and wasabi sauce on the fresh cucumber and avocado was so good. I even tried the spider roll and it was pretty tasty. Our server was fantastic. Checking on us to see if everything was good.

I stopped at this cute restaurant when I spent the night in Salina, KS. The food, service, and atmosphere were amazing. I’m a big fan of Japanese cuisine and I’ve had a lot of Tonkoksu Shoyu from many places in Colorado. The one from Koi, especially the spicy one was phenomenal. I will definitely come back. The gentlemen who served us were very nice too. I highly recommend Koi Ramen.
