Very nice place... The food not so much the stuffed chile was too salty it seemed like it was grabbing a spoon of salt. The taco tortillas seemed to have been heated in a microwave...

We had the fish tacos (grilled) and the camarones Mexicano. Both were delicious - nicely cooked with good flavor. Easy access from I-70. Highly recommended!

Vegetarian options: About 5 clearly labeled veg options. More pescatarian dishes.

Fajitas were tasty and more than enough to fill us up. We were there between lunch and dinner so there was only one other table being catered to. Our waiter did not speak English but he did his best to understand us and he got the orders right. I expect the restaurant fills up for dinners, probably more on weekends, with over 50 chairs throughout the dining hall.

Parking: The lot seemed big enough for a lot of cars, but once we saw how many tables and chairs they had in the restaurant, it might get hard to find parking at peak times.

Visited late on a Monday night so it was very slow. New restaurant that is worth visiting. Omar was our server and he was very friendly and attentive.
Enjoyed the appetizer sampler and mango margarita.
A little hard to find at night... Right behind the Super 8.

Don't let the outside fool you. It's very nicely decorated inside, albeit a bit dark. The food was delicious and the service was great. Highly recommend the Chimichanga.
