Tried to order food, doors locked, at 9 40pm sign on door states 10pm. Employees rudely stated lobby was closed, and couldn't help me as a truck driver, I was disrespected in a sub human, and condescending manner. I gave 1 star because that's the lowest review I could give. Stop demanding 15$ an hour with 3.25 an hour work ethic. As a matter of fact would someone from corporate contact me so I can buy this franchise and fire every person that works there. Thanks.

The drive through is bad. If u get the person to understand ur order, ur doing good. My chicken nuggets were so over cooked they were hard. No napkins!! Why is all these fast food places NOT giving out napkins anymore ??

The staff had the lobby closed because they were “understaffed” yet two employees were standing outside laughing smoking. We waited in line for about 15 minutes waiting to get our food and when we pulled up to the window they told us to pull forward because they were making fresh fries. We pulled forward and maybe 5 minutes later two cars behind us got their food from the window and went around us. They finally brought our food out and they had forgotten our fries. We pulled back around and had to wait in line again for another 10 minutes and then we finally got our fries. The staff was rude and it only made the situation worse. At the very least, they could have been kind or apologized, but there was absolutely none of that.

No walk ups when the lobby is closed. Next time I'll just pull my semi up to their pos drive thru and see what they have to say then. If you don't appreciate truckers then why no just put a sign saying you don't want our money. We're happy to oblige idiots. Oh. And maybe if you're gonna post your hours online, make sure they're the right hours. Smh
