The Paramount Bar knows exactly what it’s doing. The honey ham and Swiss sandwich is stacked just right. Warm, melty, and unapologetically indulgent. Sweet, savory, and pressed together so well it feels intentional. Every bite hits in all the right places, and I found myself slowing down just to enjoy it longer. If you like your food a little comforting and a little seductive, this one delivers.
Great sandwiches and "Mandy" the bartender is phenomenal. She and the waitress played with my dog, trying to help him get over his shyness by giving him tons of sandwich meat. Great selection of beers and laid-back comfortable place. Great place to watch the game.
Honestly one of the best places I have ever played and eaten at. Love the staff, love the cooks and the food, the sound guy is amazing, and the owner is fair and awesome to the bands.
