Came in and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. They told me that they were going to need about 7 minutes to make a fresh patty. And when I opened the bag after I got back to my car, I noticed they gave me a free little dessert, I assume as an apology for having to wait a little. That wasn't even necessary, but I definitely appreciate the gesture.

Online ordered some food for the family. It was a big meal. So no problem waiting a few extra minutes. They ended up making everything fresh. Been a while since we been here. Will be back. Great new staff

This is the worst fast food place I have ever visited. We waited in the drive thru for 42 minutes. Had to go into the restaurant and get our own food and fill our own drinks. They were turning people away entering store telling them they were too busy. There were 3 people sitting in the lobby already eating food. Offered a discount and was given none. Was told manager was on break and wouldn’t return for another 20 minutes. This place is terrible! Wasted over 45 minutes trying to order and get food. There was one car in the drive-thru ahead of us and they waited for their food for over 20 minutes. Had to enter a star for review. Review should be zero stars.

First of all I ordered a chicken sandwich which was supposed to come with 2 sides and biscuits for 14.99. I ended up paying more the. $16 dollars and they didn’t even put the biscuit in there. Second 1/2 hour later and I’m at a different truck stop with the runs after I ate their chicken. Definitely avoid this place people!

I'm gastronomically astonished by this establishment and it's employees!The food wasn't entirely fresh, so the manager/crew-lead made them cook up a whole new batch of Shrimp on the spot and threw out the rubbery stale shrimp!Super friendly and upbeat atmosphere amongst the employees! Which is super rare!But well registered among the guests!Food was absolutely great, fresh and hot as you'd expect! It was fast and a great experience which happens rare enough!

Avoid this place ! ?They stole over $60 by lying about refunding an order that was not ready for over forty five minutes as other orders kept going out!!!!They denied and accused the customer of lying and after several weeks, it was still not refunded and there was never an apology, just rude and arrogant employees and GM.The most despicable way to treat someone. You don't know what's going on in someone's life and should always treat people the best you can. This customer is a mother who just lost her son and was on her way home from the hospital and too worn out to cook for the rest of her family and this place made that even harder for her and stole from her!!!!If she went in and stole $60 worth of food, she'd be in jail and yet, they can steal from the public and be disgusting humans in dealing with those that they steal from!!!!!!Shame on these low rent thieves!!!!!
Ordered 3pc spicy fries and red beans and rice. I got no fries and wasn't spicy was original. I also ordered strawberry biscuit and didn't get it and let them keep the 3$

I would give no stars. They stole my money. I had a large order and they kept forgetting to drop my chicken. After waiting for 45 minutes and told that they forgot again i told them to just refund me. It was $63.91. They claimed it was refunded. But it wasnt. I called and they told me that it shows they charged me $0. I called my bank and they said they did not refund it. Its january 15 and i called popeyes again and still no answers. They are thieves.
