Three separate tables waiting until someone walked by and went to find hostess.Whoever dropped off the meal (it wasn't the waitress) just slid the plate onto the table and walked away. Lobster slightly undercooked and steak was cooked more on one side than the other. Not bad enough to complain, but would have had to make an effort to track someone down because the waitress only checked in once when I was already 3/4 through the meal.Then when she brought me my bill, she had up-charged me! That took forever for them to figure out. When the Manager brought me the correct bill she just dropped it off at the table. No apology.The staff had no problem being friendly with each other as you could clearly hear their conversations.

I'm shocked at all the good reviews. We walked in for an early dinner and the place was in shambles. Multiple tables covered in leftovers that hadn't been cleared. I knew we should've walked out, but stuck it out... that was a mistake.It took awhile after being seated to see our server and get our drinks. We went ahead and ordered the first time we saw our server because we knew they were on the struggle bus and wanted to give them ample time to get our food done. We ordered alcoholic drinks. One was wrong and the other looked like baby food in a glass.The waitress was decent. She was understanding about the drink and gave us a heads up when she delivered our food that the kitchen never put biscuits in so they were having to cook them. The food we got was lackluster in every way. Steak was lukewarm and chewy. Fish is plated on paper thin enough that it absorbs into the fish so you get a nice helping of paper with your fish. The coleslaw was okay and the Brussel sprouts were the highlight. Once we got our biscuits towards the end of our meal even they weren't great, but were warm. The waitress can only do so much. I sense management/oversight is lacking based on the kitchen performance.When we left we walked right by a manager who didn't even acknowledge us or ask us how our meal was. That tells me all I need to know. It begins and ends with management. We will never go back to this establishment, but honestly have never stayed in Salina before and probably won't be back anyway. Tipped the waitress very well because she seemed like a good person who was just trying to make ends meet.
The servers are really good, friendly and efficient. The food is always good with competitive pricing for this type of food. In addition to Lobster, I had salmon that was really good.
Lobster fest wasn't as delicious here as in Topeka. Asked for lemon, got lime. Crispy Brussel sprouts were very good.

Today I give it 10/10! Excellent service, excellent flavor, really short wait time for a table for a Saturday night! Simply from the moment I entered I felt well cared for. My mushroom appetizer with a lot of sea food flavor was great and my very complete salmon dish??????????
