Didn't try any food. Was there for a patch in ceremony. It would be cool if there was more waitressing, because the bar is too small to support the crowd that was there. Or maybe even a secondary beer only bar, to stem the number of people waiting on drinks. That would also help with sales, as well as keeping fights to a minimum.

Due to bad weather, we had to stay the night in Salina. Rooster’s was the only place open, and it did not disappoint. Great employees, cheap drinks, and friendly locals. Thankful to have a warm spot to stop in and have a few drinks. We will be back!

Place is a hoot! Great bar food, friendly people, bartenders and owners. If you like dive bars (who doesn’t?) and good but cheap drinks, then this is the place. Glad we stopped by. Till next time, cheers! ❤️?

They call it the “Cheers” of Salina. I call it the best chicken tenders and tender gizzards you can get anywhere close!Did I mention the wings? Those are superb as well. The blue cheese is house made and creamy with that perfect BC twang without the globs.Oh and the staff are the best! Sweet and friendly.
