I was going to try this place for the first time. Sabarros at the mall used to be pretty good. I looked at the pizza they had out for sale and literally walked out. It all looked like it was 2 days old. I don't see this place staying open long. Very disappointed.

Its amazing how many times they are out of the Supreme pizza. I asked the staff member tonight who helping me as to why. He said they don't have the ingredients to make it most of the time. Strange.

It was interesting to see all the bad reviews here. I went during winter so there were no flies. Hope they can keep the area clean and do whatever else is necessary so they don't come back.As far as the staff not wanting to be there, they were definitely pretty laid back (partly cause they weren't busy) but one lady was very kind and willing to help with anything we needed.The Stromboli was absolutely delicious.
Rude staff. Acts like they don’t care to work. Flies all over pizza. Waited 50 minutes for 2 pizzas one guy working the other person hanging out in back.

The pizza is good… although we always have issues with the pizza not being cut all the way through. The cheese usually slides right off. The biggest issue I have is the same as the many others that have left reviews… the flies. It grosses me out seeing the flies all over the food. I know it’s a difficult thing to control- but surely there is something that can be done to control the numbers. I tried to snap a picture of flies just sitting on the pizza. I’d think with the number of people complaining- this would be something that Sbarro would attempt to correct, rather than suggesting to fill out comment cards.Also. It sucks not having a phone number to call and order ahead.

So disappointed and sad.....after waiting for years for the return of Sbarro pizza. Visit one: flies covered the slices, and nobody in sight so I could order a whole pie. Visit two: flies covered the slices and nobody in sight so I could order a whole pie. Visit 3: no flies, and I was able to order an entire pie! I emphasized EXTRA SAUCE, because it is usually a bit skimpy. I return and get home to find that it is mostly all bread and cheese....perhaps 5 TABLESPOONS of sauce. I will return again, hopefully with a better outcome.

Everything was prepared great my family was all very happy with our pizza. I hope we are able to try more of their other menu items one day. We will definitely order again.
