Nice place... the only thing I will recommend is to have the whole order coming at the same time or at least somewhat close. I got my jam and cheese croissant 15 min before my Frappuccino, so it was cold already.

I am so tired of going through the drive through and getting the wrong drink. I'm willing to pay the eight dollars for the drink but not the wrong drink. If you're going to increase your prices, increase your consistency and customer service. I have an almost daily starbucks drinker. But I am officially moving to making my own drinks at home and taking them with me. I do not have time to take my drink back inside and wait for you to remake it after spending fifteen minutes in the drive through. Also, don't bother trying to go inside to get your drink.Order quicker because the drive through line is long, They moved the drive through first before doing inside orders. I have waited upwards of thirty minutes for the wrong coffee inside.

Ordered 2 hot coffee drinks inside and waited 26 minutes to receive them while the drive thru continued to move smoothly. I watched many vehicles arrive after I ordered leave before me.

I decided to try a new drink and didn’t particularly like it, I brought it in and told them I don’t usually try new drinks, they made me a smaller one with slight changes then got me my normal drink and didn’t charge me. They are so sweet and just an overall great environment!

Went to this location on 2-10-24 to pickup an online order placed at 2:00 p.m. They were super busy, so I went inside thinking that they should have it ready since it was 2:20 p.m.I made the girl at the counter aware that I had an online order and was told they were backed up but they'd be working on it soon.They were very busy and were working hard, but it took 40 minutes for me to get my order. Then by the time I got it, my drinks were cold.This could have been avoided if the staff and manager on shift actually serviced orders in the order that they received them. Instead they focused on drive-thru orders and neglected online orders and the customers inside the lobby.

Places mobile order at 2:20. Said it would be ready by 2:29. Walked in at 2:30. Food ready. 40 minutes later, my drinks were ready. No one would tell me maybe how long or answer me if I could just skip the drinks and get a refund. All I got was they were really busy. Those who came through the drive-thru got their orders before me.
I don't frequently go to Starbucks but the few times I've been here since it was built was nice. The staff are polite and do their best to get you what you want, and the drinks come out pretty good. My only real complaint is the prices, but I understand the cashier doesn't set the prices.Dietary restrictions: Dairy free milk alternatives available.

On this occasion with my visiting son and family Thanksgiving week. We used drive thru. No problems, but busy; as were the other Salina locations we visited this holiday week. I've noticed parking can be an issue at this location over the last 4-5 years. It's unfortunate that City planners did not allow a curb cut on the East side (back side -- drive thru order location) into the Central Mall parking lot. Drive thru lane traffic can make an exit challenge for patrons parking to go indoors when busy.Parking: See comments above

Placed a mobile order at 10:33:03 am. Promised for 1044. Sandwich was ready at10:40 awesome. Drink arrived at 11:02 am. Is there a way to adjust the Promised time to reflect when you are busy. If I had waited to eat my sandwich with my drink it would have been cold. I don't mind the wait just communicate that through the app. Adjust delivery of food items that are hot when drinks are available. Thank you for listening BB
