In Latin America, coffee farms are often run by families, with their own homes on the same land where their coffee grows. We've sipped coffee with these farmers for decades, sitting on their verandas, overlooking the lush beauty of the coffee trees rolling out in the distance. Most times it was a lightly roasted coffee like this one. It took us more than 80 tries to get it right-mellow and flavorful with a nice softness.

One this visit, things were different. My blueberries were drying up and wrinkled. I showed and told the barista I was going to trash them. She said, "Okay." Never once was I offered a different package or refund. The behavior this visit was not the normal. And she was in charge so I had no alternative.

I just gave birth to my daughter yesterday and my husband and I were headed home today to introduce her to her brother. Little did my pregnancy brain realize, but I put my order in at our home Starbucks, almost 2 hours away. When I tell you, without knowing anything but that and they took care of me to every bit of my order. I am so appreciative. I frequent salina for groceries and Dr visits and will continue to come back to this Starbucks for their above average customer service....

I go through the drive thru they are super nice when I order but when I get to the window and I pay with my card they hold the tip button out. I click no tip. After that the service was very poor and petty.
