People here just get paid to tell you use the kiosk. Don’t waste your time here.

I can't go here anymore. This place takes 30 minutes to get your food to you and we even ordered ahead. I'm done coming here. It's horrible everytime and orders are wrong constantly. Figure it out!

Ordered on the app. Waited in line for at least 30 minutes in the drive thru and there were only three cars in front of us. Asked the lady in the drive thru if our sauces were in the bag because I spent extra to get avocado verde sauces, she said yes, and there as a whole gob of mild sauces in the bag but 0 avocado verde sauces. Both of our steak garlic nacho fries were ice cold. Not only will we absolutely not return to this location, the staff members should be ashamed of themselves.

We waitied 25 minutes un the drive thru line to get one luxe box. 25 minutes for fast food. And it came out cold. Ill stick w mcdonalds from now on cheaper ,friendlier and way faster!! Fast food!!

door dasher here, don't dash here past one o clock am if you want your completion rate to plummet. was trying to dash here and I went up to the drive through and nobody has come to my aid. Then I tried going in and then I went to the second window, I was getting 2 orders for J. and M. J's order was apparently ready, but the establishment was closed, so it was not ready. I could not get a hold of J. for some reason, but M. ended up helping me out by canceling her order, if you see this M. thank you. J. did not, I ended up posting on door dash the establishment was closed, but I still got my completion rate decreased. Now it is not 100% anymore. As you can tell I'm pissed off with this taco bell in particular, I would give them zero stars if I could. Because the app told me J's order was ready for pick up at the store, but funny enough, it was not, not only was the store closed, but I got completely lied to, the order was ready my ass

20 minute waits for them to still get your order wrong. Management needs to get a grip, the guy at the window was kind. But don’t waste your time, coulda got wing stop in the same amount of time and that’s saying something

Get new management, train correctly, and get the orders out. This is a fast food restaurant. Do you not monitor the drive thru times? Look at the average and figure out how to do better. Waiting in line for more than 15 mins is ridiculous. Replace your staff, get people who care and are willing to learn how to do this correctly, at this location. Absolutely ridiculous, I placed my order at 740pm, I'll give a dinner rush 6 ro 8, however, they were not busy at the time I pulled in. It's 805pm and I was just handed my food
