Stopped here on a trip. Outside grounds are appealing but definitely doesn’t represent the food or bathrooms. I went to the bathroom first and I was slipping and sliding everywhere. It honestly felt like they mopped the floor with grease. I was able to pull up a waxy / grease foam up with the tip of my shoe, so gross! Then food came out and my burrito had rice that was half hard and not cooked. Honestly grossed out with the bathrooms and how they could potentially treat their food operations. Will avoid this place in the future, sorry guys!

no ice in both drinks, and i ordered soft tacos got hard, and then no mild sauce after they asked if i wanted any sauce. this isn’t the first time this location has done this. y’all need to get it together PLEASE!

They put way too much lettuce on my delivery order, all the tacos were cold bc of it. Also, they didn't put any sauce packets in the box even though i specifically requested mild and Diablo sauce

Long wait, food cold, received none of the sauce packets we asked for and both of our chicken quesadillas only had meat in 2 of 4 pieces and hardly any cheese. NEVER again.

Food is consistently good. Also really, really slow every time I come here. Slowest taco bell I've ever been to. I've left the drive thru multiple times after waiting.

Can't even cut a quesadilla wouldn't complain but I go here time to time and there always some kinda issues with my food today for example is a taco that's barley holding on for deer life to keep it's identity as a taco or not being able to cut a quesadilla

Wouldn’t recommend ordering anytime at night food took over an hour, it was missing the quesadilla completely, and the Crunchwrap was barely made! 0/5 if possible

I got there at 5pm and I was the only costumer there (no one inside or outside) and I got the taco and burrito party pack and it took 35 minutes before I could even get my order

We went through the drive thru and i asked for no tomatoes and sour cream on my crunch wrap and told them TWICE and they proceeded to put extra id both on it. The person doing the drive through was very quiet and we couldn’t even hear him. When we asked to use the card we put on the app he said we were not able to but we have done it many times before.

I was stuck in the drive through with no way to escape for 30 minutes. I ordered my food with no cheese, When I received my food it was covered in cheese and I had to throw it away.

Went in so I could buy my son some food and probably had one of the worst experiences and probably won’t be going back! Kept being told to wait (didn’t have a problem waiting but when they made me wait almost half an hour), got upset whenever I asked for no cheese since my son has a allergy also the tortilla was cold, and worst of all I found a hair in his meal! So I went in to let them know and when I told them she yanked the bag out of my hand and got upset with me for bringing it in… After I got my meal it still had cheese in it and it was still cold. Definitely not coming back!

We were passing through here when we decided to grab a bite to eat when we happened upon Taco Bell. The young man taking our order didn't exactly get our order correctly. In fact, I didn't get my beefy 5 layer burrito but a bean cheese burrito. Then James stepped in and tried to rectify the young man working the register. James had to refund some of our money back. (Sorry no pictures included).
