Bacon wrapped shrimp is amazing

Chicken fried steak was not upto homemade Standards, ribs where dry, catfish was not handbreaded, and the apple cobbler had to much cinnamon and didnt taste or look like a cobbler. All employees look like they really didnt want to be there. The only food that was worth it was the onion bloom, shrimp, and bread. And 2 things on the orders where forgotten.

One of the best steaks ever! I had the New York Strip and my husband had the chicken fried steak. We will definitely go back.

My last two call-in experiences with Tucson’s have been less than desirable. A couple weeks ago my call-in order ticket was “lost” after I arrived and paid for it. I sat in the restaurant for almost 15 minutes while four hostesses came in went at times but others stood there and talked about their weekend plans. I had to follow up on my order. That was when I was informed my ticket was lost and they didn’t know who my order went to. My food had obviously been sitting back there with no offer to remake it fresh. I would have asked if I didn’t have groceries in the car waiting.

I gave the to-go option another go last night and while my food was on time there is clearly a lack of training in how to use the discounts offered on cards available for various fundraisers that offer either a half price appetizer or a certain dollar amount off a meal. I ordered an appetizer to go and provided my 1/2 off discount. The ticket was brought to me with only $2 taken off the item. I brought it to the attention to the employee and she said she processed the ticket how they showed her to do it. I politely told her $10 was not half of $11.99. She went back to fix it and had to refund my first order which I’m still waiting to come back into my account.

The servers were terrible. Gossiping how customers were an inconvenience to them. The food was not that great. And was way more expensive than other steak house options that offer bigger steaks for less $. The steak tasted like A1 even though I didnt put any on it. Won't be back.

Tuscan's has a nice variety of dishes to choose from, at very reasonable prices. The food was delicious (as always) and our waiter was phenomenal!

Great food! My daughter was excited to get a kids sized steak! Stephanie was an awesome server. We’ll be back again

My husband and I have been twice now and ordered the flat iron steak. It was perfect and is a great cut of meat! Great flavor too! I wish the mashed potatoes were better. They didn't have much taste and were runny like instant. I've also had the chicken fried steak, which was excellent. We had an excellent server who had just recently started. We got to visit with a car club from Michigan, I believe. They made the atmosphere fun with their conversations in the room. We visited with them when they left. We will be back!

Love this local restaurant. Always great food and drinks. Delicious Ribs. The Tequila Rose drink is like a smoothie--yummy!
