After having to leave another location And feeling very disappointed Went to the Wendy's On Ohio street And was kindly greeted by a young man named DJ. So polite and empathetic. Spoke to his management About the difficulties I had at the other location Was very kind. appreciated the great customer service DJ. as well as the rest of the staff. The food was great The restaurant was very clean. I'm definitely a fan. And will be a loyal customer to this location when I am in the area.
As much as I love their food their employees need to learn how to list.
we go through there all the time and at least twice a month they screw something up.
On here is says the restaurant is open til 12am but that isn’t true. I just drove down there to get some food and they are closed. There’s a sign outside that says closes at 11pm but on google it says they are open til 12am. This is very confusing and also a waste of time for me because I did not know this until I drove up there. Wasted my gas as well and I wouldn’t have left if I knew they were already closed. I am very disappointed and really upset.
