We stood in line for 15 minutes for ice cream and then they gave my order to someone else who ordered way after us. I had to ask them 3 times to remake it.

Custard was good, nice lady took our orderWitnessed what seemed like a team lead pick her nose and flick a booger. Almost let the manager know, until I witnessed the manager stick her fingers in her mouth. Wth. If basic hygiene isn't adhered to, I wonder what their nightly cleaning protocol looks like.Besides the kind woman who took our order, everyone else seemed annoyed when we walked up. Sad, I really liked this Andy's. Flying cow gelato up the street will be our go to going forward.

The confection's taste great, but boy, are they ever expensive!
consistently gives orders wrong in the drive thru. happens about 70% of the times I go through. I like the ice cream but they either need better attention when taking orders or better attention when giving the ice cream out.

I'm a huge Andy's lover but yesterday's experience in the drive through at this SMPW location was probably my last. Things were taking MUCH longer than typical then the younger girl finally came to the window and asked if I would be okay with half chocolate/half vanilla. I'm not a chocolate fan so I declined. She walked away. Several minutes later an older lady came to the window and explained that "the tub froze" and it would "take a few minutes". I was okay with that thinking they must have a way to still serve a quality product since she said "it would take a few minutes". Maybe they just had to open the backup tub or something similar. These places can get so busy, surely there's backup supply/system. Then several more minutes pass and eventually the younger girl appears with a small cup. I have had more than my share of Andy's and I knew that wasn't the medium I had just paid over $7 for. Being friendly I asked "is this a medium?" The younger girl turned to the older lady and asked "is this a medium?" Then turned back to me and said "yes, that's a medium". I was not expecting that answer since all three of us knew it wasn't a medium. I was stunned at the blatant dishonesty. It caught me off guard. I did not want to cause a scene. If they were willing to lie to my face what would they say if I was more assertive about the fact that I was aware of their deception. At this point there were three cars behind me so I decided to drive off. THEN I tasted what was in the cup, it was disgusting, sickly sweet, partly melted, yet there were tiny ice chips interspersed. Definitely not the Andy's custard I have come to know and love. Not even close to custard consistency. Instead of pecans added there were almost more pecans than 'custard' in the cup. It was not edible. They should have told me the machine was broken and offered to refund my money or given me a coupon for a future visit. I would have been disappointed but they could have saved face. I will likely never return to this location again.
I love custard. And this place has good custard. They're not skimpy on the toppings as well.

I ordered strawberry concretes w/extra berries....very, very little strawberries.....1 partial Berry on top and a few fibers of berries mixed in......no strawberry flavor at all....a large & a med essentially vanilla concretes for $15......so disappointed !!!!!
