I ordered a burrito bowl and they only gave me the meat and only refunded me $3
I absolutely love Chipotle as a company, but this location is on my nogo list. It has gone downhill SO much. Not only are they one of the slowest and least accurate (someone mentioned their music being too loud for them to hear properly but I just think they don't have the drive to wow customers), but there is no customer service when they screw up an order!

I requested for the employee to remake my order, after giving it to someone else, and that person looking through my order. She took it in and all they did was switch the bag!! This upset me a great deal!! I m making the best decisions that I can to keep my family safe and this is how we were treated!!
Apparently Chipte at Shawnee Mission Parkway and Quivira doesnt care about their customers!!
