Ordered online and went in to pick it up on the way home. Waited 10 minutes past when they said it would be ready. I told them I wanted my money back and was told I had to do it online. Tried that and it said my order had been completed. I go back inside and talk to the so called manager. He asks my name and then goes over to the drive-thru window and grabs my order. Terrible service, spent 30 minutes and 3 times through the drive through trying to get food ordered online. Charged twice. Manager not helpful.
