The coffee is not too bad. Actually probably some of the best I've had in a while. The biggest issue with this company design is they are not taking orders at the drive-thru menu, but then if you're in line before the window they come out to get your order before you can see the menu at the window. In that case it should only be an order ahead drive-thru
I had a bad day at Dutch Bros. today. The drink holder let go and bathed me in the contents of 2 large Iced coffees. It was a rough start to my day. BUT the ladies working the window did everything they could to make my day better. They gave me wet and dry cloths to clean myself and my truck, they remade my drinks and promised to refund my money. I had to go home and change before going to work, but I survived and appreciate the ladies helping me make the best of a difficult...

Again, I love this location but I rely on Dutch Bros to get a coffee for my girlfriend’s overnight shifts. I was very disappointed tonight and she is going to be even more, unfortunately.
